Why Horses Leave Our Portfolio
The SAPFS syndicate actively manages its racing portfolio to ensure the best outcomes for both our members and our horses. Horses may leave our ownership for several reasons:
- Sale: When a horse is sold to new ownership, often to continue their racing career or for breeding purposes
- Retirement: When a horse retires from racing and moves on to new ventures, such as breeding or leisure activities
- Transfer: Strategic portfolio management decisions that benefit the syndicate's overall goals
